Over the past two years—and beyond—my country has been at war with neighboring forces seeking to destroy and erase Western culture.

This series presents several works created during this tense and turbulent time—a period marked by both personal and collective existential uncertainty.

 

The works employ a variety of techniques and mediums,

each an attempt to express the emotional and physical state of being during a fateful time of war.
